✨ What you’ll be working on
As a Customer Success Advisor, you’ll be the link between clients and the teams working behind the scenes to support them.
You’ll manage client relationships, help new customers get started, review performance data, and work closely with Account Executives and internal teams. A big part of the role is keeping everyone aligned, spotting opportunities for growth, and making sure clients get real value from the platform.
If you’re comfortable talking to clients, working with data, and juggling a few priorities at once, this role could be worth a look.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main link between clients and internal teams.
- Help new clients and campaigns get off to a smooth start.
- Build strong client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Keep client and account information accurate and up to date.
- Work with Account Executives on data requests, deals, and account growth.
- Respond to client and internal account questions in a timely, professional way.
- Review performance results and identify opportunities to improve or scale accounts.
- Analyse client data, KPIs, and trends to support better decisions.
- Spot upsell and account growth opportunities.
- Work with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams.
- Prepare content and insights ahead of scheduled client meetings.
- Present performance insights, recommendations, and growth ideas to clients.
- Raise customer issues and opportunities internally to help improve the business.
- Research potential prospects through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Help clients understand JobGet’s platform and the value it can offer.
- Maintain forecasts, pipeline updates, funnel analysis, and other sales metrics.
- Stay organised and prioritise work when multiple client needs come up.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting employers in Customer Success or Sales.
- Agency experience or a strong understanding of agency environments.
- A background in talent acquisition or a good understanding of how talent teams work and make buying decisions.
- Understanding of pay-for-performance models such as PPC, CPA, and CPM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Good analytical skills and hands-on experience with Excel.
- Comfortable using data to understand account performance.
- Able to work in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can change.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to help the wider team succeed.
