✨ What you’ll be working on

Fello is looking for a Customer Success Manager who enjoys building strong customer relationships and helping clients get real value from technology.

You’ll work closely with real estate professionals, guiding them through onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help customers make the most of Fello’s AI-powered platform while identifying opportunities to improve their results and grow their business.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in SaaS and real estate who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, and working across teams in a fast-growing startup.


What You’ll Do

  • Become a strategic partner for your customers by understanding their goals and helping them achieve success with the Fello platform.
  • Drive product adoption, customer retention, and account growth through proactive customer engagement.
  • Help customers discover and use Fello’s AI features to unlock more value from the platform.
  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience with personalized training and practical recommendations from day one.
  • Monitor customer health using platform insights, product usage, and customer behavior to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance, product adoption, and future growth plans.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and become their trusted point of contact.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Solutions teams to create a seamless customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Share customer feedback and feature requests with the Product team to help improve the platform.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to provide testimonials, participate in case studies, and recommend Fello to others.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
  • Previous experience working with real estate customers is required.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and modern marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered software platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, organized, and consultative approach to customer success.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
