✨ What you’ll be working on

Clubessential is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its growing support team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving technical issues, and working with modern software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Clubessential provides cloud-based software solutions for private clubs, golf clubs, yacht clubs, social clubs, and collegiate athletic organizations.

What You’ll Be Working On

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll assist clients with technical support, payment processing issues, software troubleshooting, and general IT-related concerns.

You’ll act as a trusted support contact for customers while working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to client support requests via phone, email, chat, and voicemail
  • Troubleshoot software, accounting, payment, membership, and reporting issues
  • Provide Level 1 technical support for Clubessential products and services
  • Assist with hardware integrations, device setup, connectivity, and system access
  • Document customer interactions accurately within CRM systems
  • Escalate critical issues to higher-level support teams when needed
  • Maintain knowledge of product updates and new features
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and timely support
  • Identify at-risk clients and contribute to customer retention efforts
  • Collaborate with Product and internal teams to improve services and support processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the golf or club industry is a plus
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to learn new software
  • Understanding of accounting and financial processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
