We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Incident Resolution) to join a fast-growing international travel-tech company. This is a fully remote opportunity for customer-focused professionals who enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in a dynamic global environment.

As part of the support team, you will play a key role in resolving customer issues, assisting with travel bookings, and ensuring clients receive fast and effective solutions. You’ll work closely with customers, hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional support experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently through the company’s CRM platform.
  • Assist retail and corporate clients with booking-related questions and concerns.
  • Provide professional guidance on travel products, services, and reservations.
  • Communicate with hotels, suppliers, and customers via email and phone.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting performance targets.

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to remain calm and productive under pressure.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable computer or laptop.
  • Stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer support or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry or online booking systems.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
