✨ What you’ll be working on
You’ll lead the IT Helpdesk and Sysadmin teams supporting Porch Moving Group employees across their day-to-day technology needs. The role covers team leadership, IT operations, escalations, equipment, security, and support processes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead daily work across the IT Helpdesk and Sysadmin teams
- Oversee IT support for systems, applications, devices, servers, and security tools
- Handle major IT issues, escalations, and technical projects
- Track support KPIs, tickets, work orders, and IT processes
- Manage laptop setup, re-imaging, software installation, and equipment inventory
- Maintain endpoint and server security, patching, and IT documentation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of IT support experience
- 1+ year leading or supervising a technical support team
- Experience with enterprise software, hardware, networks, backups, and system monitoring
- Knowledge of SOX and ITGC compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with US-based business teams
- Comfortable working with a 4-hour EST overlap during core US hours
- Quiet dedicated workspace and reliable internet of at least 50 Mbps
