✨ What you’ll be working on
You’ll design and manage enterprise IT systems while taking the lead on infrastructure projects, migrations, and complex technical issues. The role also involves automation, security, system optimization, and mentoring other IT team members.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud, endpoint, server, SaaS, and network infrastructure
- Lead system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and other major IT projects
- Troubleshoot complex system, network, and application issues and find long-term fixes
- Build automation using PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, and AI tools
- Manage patching, vulnerabilities, security controls, and compliance requirements
- Maintain disaster recovery plans and technical documentation
- Guide Systems Administrators and IT support staff on technical practices
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or 8+ years of progressive IT experience
- Strong experience with Azure, Windows, macOS, and virtualization platforms such as AVD
- Hands-on PowerShell and Bash scripting and automation experience
- Experience with endpoint management, including application packages, policies, provisioning, and device lifecycle management
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Anthropic Claude for automation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English
- Comfortable managing several high-priority projects and changing requirements
- Experience working with US-based business teams and EST overlap
