As a fully remote company, Page Vault focuses on building reliable technology while providing exceptional support to clients working on time-sensitive legal matters.


About the Role

Page Vault is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding support to legal professionals using its platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, explaining technical concepts in simple language, and making sure every customer feels heard. Instead of rushing through support tickets, you’ll take ownership of each request until the customer fully understands the solution.

You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams while becoming a trusted point of contact for customers who rely on the platform for important legal work.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer questions through email, live chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions step by step.
  • Investigate reported problems before escalating them to technical teams.
  • Document issues clearly for engineering and product teams.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests efficiently.
  • Handle escalated customer situations professionally.
  • Support the client emergency line when required.
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve the product.
  • Conduct customer training sessions when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support, client services, or technical support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable learning new software and internal tools quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.
  • Available for the initial training schedule during the first two months.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the legal technology or e-discovery industry.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience supporting customers in a B2B SaaS company.
