As an Associate Customer Support Engineer at Revvity, you’ll help customers install, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced life science and diagnostic instruments. Whether you’re solving technical issues on-site, performing preventive maintenance, or supporting customers after installation, your work will directly contribute to better research and healthcare outcomes.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Install and commission laboratory and diagnostic instruments for customers.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs for customer equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled service plans.
- Respond to customer service requests while meeting agreed response times and service levels.
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently after every service visit.
- Promote service contracts, upgrades, and accessories whenever appropriate.
- Complete service reports, documentation, and expense records accurately.
- Maintain service tools, spare parts, and inventory records.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing reliable technical support.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Keep your technical knowledge updated through continuous learning and product training.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in the Life Sciences or Diagnostics industry.
- Experience providing field service or technical customer support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Comfortable travelling up to 18–22 days per month.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge.
