✨ What you’ll be working on

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
• Guide customers on using the SaaS CRM platform effectively
• Provide training and best practices for product adoption
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Continuously improve your product and industry knowledge
• Help customers maximize the use of all product features

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or support roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Experience delivering training (online or in-person preferred)
• Ability to work across teams and departments
• Organized and self-motivated
