✨ What you’ll be working on
Holafly is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist based in India. In this role, you’ll support travelers from around the world who use Holafly’s eSIM service. Whether someone needs help activating their eSIM or fixing a connection issue while traveling, you’ll be the person they rely on.
This is a fully remote position where clear communication, patience, and problem-solving matter just as much as technical knowledge.

What You’ll Do
As part of Holafly’s support team, you’ll help customers before, during, and after their trips.
Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Assist customers through live chat, email, and video support.
- Help travelers activate and use their eSIM successfully.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and technical issues.
- Process refunds and customer orders accurately.
- Work with internal teams to report recurring customer problems.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service.
- Aim for fast resolutions and high customer satisfaction.
- Build trust by creating a smooth support experience.
What Holafly Is Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- Previous customer support experience in a BPO, eCommerce, travel, SaaS, or similar environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confidence using CRM software and online support tools.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to work independently from home.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Bonus Skills
These aren’t required but will help you stand out:
- Ability to speak additional languages.
- Experience in travel, telecom, or eSIM-related industries.
