Senior Support Operations Representative

✨ What you’ll be working on

As a Senior Support Operations Representative at Insurity, you’ll support financial and billing operations by processing remittances, resolving payment issues, reviewing reports, and helping ensure every transaction is handled accurately. You’ll also work closely with teammates to improve processes and keep daily operations running without interruption.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Process remittances and support day-to-day financial operations.
• Review mismatch reports and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile policy-related payments accurately and on time.
• Respond to Salesforce tickets and support emails.
• Research and resolve exception items across internal and external systems.
• Generate and distribute reports to internal teams.
• Document business and operational requirements.
• Train teammates on established processes and best practices.
• Assist with operational improvement projects when needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and internal procedures.
• Help maintain accurate financial records while meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in customer support, billing, or financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with high-volume financial transactions.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce and Jira is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
