✨ What you’ll be working on

VWO is looking for a Customer Success Manager who enjoys helping customers achieve measurable business results. In this role, you’ll partner with clients across the US and APAC regions, guiding them through onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success while helping them improve their conversion rates using VWO’s experimentation platform.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams to build lasting customer relationships, solve business challenges, and ensure every customer gets the maximum value from their investment in VWO.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of customers and help them achieve their business goals using VWO.
  • Help customers identify the right metrics to measure online business performance.
  • Recommend strategies to improve website conversion rates through experimentation and optimization.
  • Guide customers in planning, launching, and managing successful experimentation programs.
  • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  • Conduct operational and product training sessions for customer accounts.
  • Resolve customer questions, issues, and challenges in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer concerns professionally while maintaining trust and satisfaction.
  • Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Improve customer retention by reducing churn and supporting long-term account growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or another customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
  • Good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience using Google Analytics.
  • Good understanding of SaaS products and subscription-based business models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
