Mitratech is hiring a Product Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers who need help with its products.
You’ll work directly with customers through phone, chat, email and the online support portal, helping troubleshoot issues, find solutions and keep customers informed throughout the support process.
This is a good opportunity for someone with customer service or technical support experience who enjoys problem-solving and working with customers.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support through phone, chat, email and the web-based support portal.
- Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within response and resolution targets.
- Identify practical workarounds when a permanent solution is not immediately available.
- Respond to issues submitted through the self-service portal.
- Keep accurate records of customer calls, emails and support interactions.
- Prioritize cases based on severity and service-level agreements.
- Work toward monthly customer satisfaction targets.
- Communicate solutions clearly and professionally to customers.
- Build customer confidence through consistent and helpful support.
What You’ll Need
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Dependable and professional approach to work.
- Self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with case management or ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Jira or Zendesk.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
