REQUIREMENTS

- Strong communication skills (US customer-facing preferred)
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in shift-based roles (US hours)
- Basic understanding of financial products (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
