As a Customer Success Associate, you will help families get the most value from Huckleberry’s app. You’ll support customers, solve problems, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and other tools
• Troubleshoot login, account, and subscription issues
• Investigate issues using internal tools and user data
• Update account settings and resolve billing concerns
• Explain app features clearly to non-technical users
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
• Create FAQs and help center documentation
• Support beta users and gather feedback
• Manage multiple conversations efficiently

Requirements

• Excellent written communication (perfect grammar)
• Strong empathy and customer-first mindset
• Problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using apps and digital tools
• 1+ year of customer support experience
• Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar tools

Nice to Have

• Experience with parenting, sleep tracking, or behavior apps

Pay & Benefits
