As a Customer Success Associate, you will help families get the most value from Huckleberry’s app. You’ll support customers, solve problems, and ensure a smooth and positive experience.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and other tools
- Troubleshoot login, account, and subscription issues
- Investigate issues using internal tools and user data
- Update account settings and resolve billing concerns
- Explain app features clearly to non-technical users
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Handle customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
- Create FAQs and help center documentation
- Support beta users and gather feedback
- Manage multiple conversations efficiently
Requirements
- Excellent written communication (perfect grammar)
- Strong empathy and customer-first mindset
- Problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using apps and digital tools
- 1+ year of customer support experience
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with parenting, sleep tracking, or behavior apps
Pay & Benefits
- $20 – $22.50 per hour
- Fully remote work
- Flexible schedule (15 hours/week)
