Talent Systems is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support customers using its entertainment industry software. You’ll assist users through email, chat, and voice support, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through product features while delivering a friendly, professional experience.
This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in India. Since you’ll be supporting customers across different countries, you’ll need excellent spoken English and be comfortable working rotational shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support Customers
- Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and occasional text messages.
- Handle voice support calls for complex or escalated issues.
- Guide customers through product features and workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work toward complete resolution.
- Keep customers informed throughout the support process.
Deliver Great Customer Experiences
- Stay calm and professional during difficult customer conversations.
- Understand the root cause of customer issues instead of only solving immediate problems.
- Escalate bugs and technical issues when needed.
- Keep accurate support notes and documentation.
Help Improve the Product
- Share recurring customer feedback with internal teams.
- Identify common issues and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on new product features and communicate changes to customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in voice-based customer support is required.
- Strong experience supporting customers through email or chat.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with help desk platforms such as Zendesk or JIRA.
- Comfortable using cloud-based software and online tools.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage challenging conversations.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with teammates.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting SaaS or software products.
- Knowledge of the entertainment or media industry.
- Experience supporting video or media-related applications.
