✨ What you’ll be working on
SambaNova is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers as they adopt and expand the use of its AI platform. Based in London, England, you’ll work with technical teams, business leaders, and product specialists to ensure customers achieve long-term success with SambaNova’s enterprise AI solutions.

What You’ll Be Working On
- Manage enterprise customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Create customer success plans aligned with business objectives and AI adoption goals.
- Lead onboarding and implementation alongside Solutions Engineering and Professional Services teams.
- Monitor platform adoption, customer health, and identify potential risks early.
- Discover opportunities for account growth through new AI use cases.
- Deliver executive business reviews with ROI insights and strategic recommendations.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to build customer success stories and advocacy programs.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or another enterprise customer-facing role.
- Experience with enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI, machine learning, or infrastructure technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong track record of improving customer adoption, retention, and growth.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI infrastructure, GPUs, or AI accelerators.
- Understanding of LLMs, AI inference, or model fine-tuning.
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS, PaaS, or MLOps platforms.
- MBA or an advanced technical degree.
