Customer Account Manager

✨ What you’ll be working on

Acquia is hiring a Customer Account Manager to help existing customers grow their investment in the company’s digital experience platform. This fully remote role is based in the United States and is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering long-term business value.

You’ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, work closely with internal teams, and help customers get the most from Acquia’s products while driving account expansion and retention.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that match customer needs.
• Create territory plans to drive customer growth and account retention.
• Work with Customer Success, Support, and Renewal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Present solutions that demonstrate measurable business value.
• Keep CRM records accurate and manage account activity efficiently.
• Handle multiple customer accounts while balancing competing priorities.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Support teams to achieve business goals.

What You’ll Need

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• Knowledge of value-based selling techniques.
• Experience managing customer renewals and account expansion.
• Familiarity with digital experience platforms or enterprise software.
