✨ What you’ll be working on

Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that helps companies manage security, compliance, risk, privacy, vendor risk, and AI governance.

The platform is trusted by more than 4,000 organizations across 75 countries, with 300+ integrations supporting standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.

Founded in 2020, Sprinto is backed by Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures and has raised $31.8 million in funding.

The company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to take ownership of customer onboarding and help new customers get up and running successfully.

The Role

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply check in with customers once in a while.

You’ll own the customer journey from the moment a contract is signed through implementation, go-live, and the first major audit milestone.

You’ll be the person keeping the project moving coordinating timelines, working with senior stakeholders, spotting risks early, and bringing in Product, Support, or Compliance when something gets stuck.

It’s a mix of customer management, project ownership, technical understanding, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own Customer Onboarding

You’ll take responsibility for the entire onboarding journey, including:

  • Leading customers from contract signature through go-live.
  • Running structured implementation projects.
  • Organizing kickoff meetings and setting milestones.
  • Tracking progress and identifying risks early.
  • Keeping onboarding timelines on track.
  • Helping customers reach their first audit milestone successfully.

You’ll be managing around 10–20 customer onboardings at the same time, so organization and follow-through are important.

Build Relationships With Senior Stakeholders

Your customers may include founders, CTOs, and security leaders.

You’ll:

  • Run executive check-ins.
  • Communicate progress and blockers clearly.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Help customers feel confident throughout implementation.
  • Turn successful customer relationships into long-term advocacy.

Help Customers Adopt the Product

You’ll guide customers through the technical and operational parts of getting started with Sprinto.

This includes:

  • Integration setup.
  • Control activation.
  • Compliance framework alignment.
  • Product adoption.
  • Setup completion.
  • Helping customers understand what needs to happen next.

You don’t need to be a security engineer, but you should be comfortable understanding technical concepts and knowing when something needs attention.

Handle Customer Escalations

When a customer gets stuck, you’ll become the bridge between them and internal teams.

You’ll work with:

  • Product
  • Support
  • Compliance

You’ll make sure issues don’t simply get passed around. You’ll follow through until there’s a resolution and the customer understands what happens next.

Keep an Eye on Customer Health

You’ll use customer data and signals to spot potential problems before they become bigger issues.

This includes tracking things such as:

  • Setup completion.
  • Time-to-value.
  • CSAT.
  • Days since the last customer interaction.
  • Onboarding progress.

The goal is to act while there’s still time to help rather than waiting for a customer to go quiet.

Improve the Way Onboarding Works

You’ll also help Sprinto improve its own processes.

That means documenting what works, identifying gaps in existing playbooks, and finding ways to make onboarding smoother for the next customer.

What Sprinto Is Looking For

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or technical account management.
  • At least 2 years working in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience actually running onboarding projects rather than simply supporting them.
  • Experience working with VP-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort communicating with founders, CTOs, and other C-suite leaders.

Project Management

You should enjoy keeping things moving.

You’ll need to be comfortable:

  • Building project plans.
  • Setting milestones.
  • Following up on outstanding work.
  • Managing risks.
  • Keeping multiple customer projects moving at once.
  • Handling 10–20 concurrent onboardings without losing track of the details.

Communication

Clear communication matters a lot in this role.

You’ll need to:

  • Explain complicated concepts in simple language.
  • Write clear async updates.
  • Communicate blockers without creating unnecessary confusion.
  • Speak confidently with technical founders and senior executives.
  • Keep customers informed throughout implementation.

Technical Understanding

You don’t need to be a deep technical specialist, but you should have a solid technical foundation.

Sprinto is looking for someone comfortable with:

  • Cloud tools.
  • SaaS integrations.
  • Basic API behavior.
  • Jira.
  • Slack.
  • HubSpot.
  • AI productivity tools.

Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA is a plus.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are also helpful but aren’t mandatory.

Experience working at a startup where processes were still being built is another advantage.

The Kind of Person Who Could Thrive Here

This remote technical account manager job in India could suit someone who likes being responsible for getting things done.

You won’t be handed a perfect playbook for every situation. You’ll need to make decisions, chase progress, spot problems, and work with different teams to keep customers moving.

It’s a strong fit if you’re:

  • Organized and comfortable managing several projects at once.
  • Confident working with senior customers.
  • Technically curious without needing to be a full-time engineer.
  • Comfortable taking ownership.
  • A clear and thoughtful communicator.
  • Quick to learn new industries and technologies.
  • Someone who naturally notices when a process could be better.

Life at Sprinto

Sprinto is fully remote and built around trust rather than physical proximity.

The company encourages employees to communicate openly, document their work, take ownership, and solve problems rather than waiting for someone else to step in.

The culture emphasizes curiosity, feedback, continuous improvement, and doing the right thing even when nobody is watching.

Benefits & Perks

Sprinto offers:

  • 100% remote work.
  • Annual coworking allowance.
  • USD $1,000 annual learning budget.
  • Unlimited leave.
  • Health insurance of up to INR 10 lakh for you and your family.
  • Additional accident coverage of INR 10 lakh.
  • Life insurance worth 3× your annual salary.
  • INR 35,000 workspace setup allowance.

Is This Job a Good Fit?

If you’re coming from SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, or technical account management and enjoy owning the entire customer journey, this role could be a strong next step.

You’ll be working with founders, CTOs, security teams, Product, Engineering, Support, and Compliance while managing multiple customer implementations at the same time.

If you like turning messy projects into clear plans, keeping people aligned, and seeing a customer successfully reach go-live, this could be a good fit.
