About the role
As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll own the growth strategy for a portfolio of Matic’s client partnerships, ranging from large enterprise relationships to smaller accounts.
Your focus will be on building strong partner relationships, improving product adoption, finding opportunities for revenue growth, and using data to help partners make better decisions. You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, product, customer service, and engineering to keep partnerships moving forward.
This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution—you’ll analyze performance, advise senior stakeholders, and also get involved in the work needed to turn opportunities into results.
What you’ll do
Relationship and strategy management
- Build trusted relationships with partners at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Develop long-term strategies and workflows that improve product adoption and partnership growth.
- Set clear expectations, address concerns early, and turn challenges into opportunities to provide practical guidance.
- Understand partner goals and align Matic’s solutions with their business priorities.
Performance and data analysis
- Analyze partnership data to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
- Prepare performance reports and updates for company leadership.
- Use data to guide decisions for both internal teams and external partners.
- Track partnership performance and identify areas that need attention.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other internal teams to support partner performance.
- Identify risks and keep internal and external stakeholders accountable.
- Improve processes, tools, templates, and workflows to make partner interactions more efficient.
- Stay up to date with Matic’s products and communicate relevant updates to partners.
What they’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise partnership or alliance management.
- Proven experience growing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Experience working with and influencing senior executives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise partner decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for working in a growing company.
- A willingness to take ownership and get involved in the details needed to make partnerships successful.
Compensation and benefits
Matic offers:
- Base salary of $95,000–$119,600
- Annual bonus of $5,000–$10,000
