What You’ll Be Working On
You will provide fast, friendly support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure long-term retention by delivering clear and effective solutions.
This role combines customer support + client retention + service expansion.
What You’ll Do
Customer Satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately
- Provide complete and reliable information
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism
Conflict Resolution
- Handle customer concerns and escalations
- Collaborate with clients to find solutions
- Maintain a positive and confident tone
Client Retention & Growth
- Identify service gaps and recommend solutions
- Support account expansion conversations
- Help retain customers and improve satisfaction
Requirements
- 1–3 years in customer service or client-facing role
- Experience using customer support software
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and deadline management
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- Experience supporting large B2B accounts
- Knowledge base documentation experience
- Background in finance, insurance, healthcare, or business services support
