What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
- Guide customers on using the SaaS CRM platform effectively
- Provide training and best practices for product adoption
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Continuously improve your product and industry knowledge
- Help customers maximize the use of all product features
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Experience delivering training (online or in-person preferred)
- Ability to work across teams and departments
- Organized and self-motivated
