About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers using the platform. You’ll help users resolve issues, answer product-related questions, provide training, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone with previous SaaS customer support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, communication, and working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support
- Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues
- Escalate bugs and product feedback to internal teams
- Assist customers in understanding platform features and workflows
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions when needed
- Support user onboarding and adoption efforts
- Test new product features and provide feedback before release
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable presenting information through demos or training sessions
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video creation tools
- Familiarity with visual content, design, or media platforms
