✨ What you’ll be working on
You’ll lead the technical implementation of Infinitus AI solutions for healthcare clients, including system integrations and pilot projects. The role combines project management, technical delivery, client communication, and coordination with engineering and product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage client implementations and solution pilots from planning through launch.
- Turn customer use cases into practical implementation and integration plans.
- Coordinate integrations with CRM, EMR, and data systems using APIs, CSVs, SMART on FHIR, and other standards.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables across multiple implementations.
- Guide clients through design, development, testing, UAT, launch, and post-launch support.
- Work with engineering, product, and customer enablement teams to resolve issues and improve implementation processes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or system integration for healthcare clients.
- Experience managing and delivering client-facing technical projects from start to finish.
- Strong agile and project management skills, including working with two-week sprints.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with pharmaceutical or life sciences technology, Mulesoft, healthcare AI, automation, EMR, or payer integrations is preferred.
