What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer support or sales calls

Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (bilingual is a plus)
- Dual monitor setup (minimum 1080p each)
- Stable wired internet connection (Ethernet required)
- Windows 10+ system with at least 8GB RAM
- USB noise-cancelling headset
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to complete training independently
Preferred Background
- 2+ years in customer support, call center, or sales roles
- Prior remote work experience
- Comfortable with tech tools and systems
- Reliable, self-driven, and quick learner
