Senior Implementation Specialist

✨ What you’ll be working on

You’ll guide new customers from the post-sale stage through product implementation and launch, then help transition them to Account Management. The role involves managing several projects at once, supporting API integrations, training users, and keeping customers on track toward their goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead customer implementations from initial setup through go-live.
• Create project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple implementation projects.
• Help customers implement and adopt DoseSpot and pVerify products, including API integrations.
• Work with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and coordinate handoffs.
• Track customer activity and contractual deliverables in Salesforce.
• Document processes, improve implementation workflows, and help train new team members.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–5 years in customer implementation, preferably with a healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR, or practice management system.
• Experience onboarding customers in an API environment.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand customer agreements and create statements of work and project plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Customer-focused and able to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.
