Mortgage Support Specialist

✨ What you’ll be working on

One Real Mortgage is looking for a Mortgage Support Specialist to help keep its remote team running smoothly from the technology side.

The role combines technical support, systems administration, account management, CRM support, and workflow automation. You’ll be the person teammates turn to when something isn’t working, an account needs setting up, or a process could be made simpler.

This is a fully remote position in India, with working hours aligned to the U.S. East Coast (EST).

What you’ll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues for remote employees.
• Manage and maintain internal IT systems and software.
• Handle technical onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, permissions, and access.
• Build and maintain workflow automations to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Support internal CRM and database systems while keeping information accurate.
• Connect different tools and systems when needed.
• Provide friendly, responsive technical support through voice, video, and email.
• Explain technical problems clearly to teammates who may not have a technical background.
• Look for ways to improve internal workflows and make everyday processes easier.

What you’ll need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Systems Administration.
• Ability to work standard U.S. East Coast hours (EST).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across different operating systems and cloud SaaS tools.
• Practical experience building workflow automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, or native automation platforms.
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Salesforce and/or Go High Level experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
