WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Review and verify KYB documents for suppliers and buyers
- Conduct risk assessments and flag high-risk accounts
- Maintain accurate verification records in internal systems
- Communicate with applicants to collect required documents
- Ensure compliance with AML regulations and global standards
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Identify fraud risks and escalate when necessary
- Improve onboarding workflows and compliance processes
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years experience in onboarding, compliance, or fraud roles
- Strong understanding of KYB / AML processes
- High attention to detail and risk assessment skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with CRM or compliance tools
- Ability to handle sensitive data professionally
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech or marketplace platforms
- Knowledge of international trade or compliance tools
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Onfido, Jumio, etc.
- Additional language skills (Hindi, Mandarin, Hebrew, Dutch, or Gujarati are a bonus given our supplier network)
